My Query for Tata Indicom Photon Plus Connection which could not be Submitted

I went to the following Page to submit this Query, It wasn;t untill I was to click on the Submit Button that I realized I have to select the City from the Drop down box, which doesn’t have any entry… because I selected Circle as Kolkata, The Drop Down Box for City was empty and now the Validation Script asks for the City. Weird…

Here is the Content of the Feedback Note:

Dear Tata Indicom Customer Care Representative,

How do I check my Bandwidth usage, Please provide complete Instructions.

I should be able to login somewhere and check my complete usage History along with the Total Bandwidth used which applies to current Billing cycle.

Also, Please don’t tell me that its not Possible. Thats the bare minimal you should provide in today’s Information Age.

The Registration Page asks for a Tata Indicom Phone number. Which I don’t have, I have Photon + Internet Connection.

I hope this will be resolved and I will not be harassed with huge Bills and that I won;t have to contact you again and again to get this sorted out.

    I couldn't try your Instructions for Tata Indicom Account, yet as I thought I will do once I receive the Bill.

    I tried to do this today.. but without luck..

    The New User Page is at http://www.tataindicom.com/myaccount-new-user.aspx

    There is no Select Box in the 3rd Step that you mentioned.. V-Data.

    I entered the following Values

    Tata Indicom Number: 030173169
    Account Type: I selected Post Paid
    Account Number: 934888475
    Email Address: my email address..

    When I submitted the Form, It says Invalid Values entered..

    Can't get it to work man...

    Please help..

    I am also requesting Tata Indicom Guys for Help..

    You have to replace the first 0 by 92 for your tataindicom number. So your number is 9230173169.

    Hi Pal, i tried the same and was able to get the list of city names after selecting the circle name as Kolkata.However,please find the below steps to check your usage online.

    1. For Individual account holder, kindly log on to www.tataindicom.com and click on the My account link.
    2. To register yourself for the service, click on the New User link.
    3. Then you will have to select on the User Type, select V-Data.
    4. Now, you will have to key in your Account Number, Telephone Number(Connection number provided to you), E-mail address, and then click on the Submit button.
    5. This process will register you for the service.

    After Registration:

    1. Only you will be able to view and modify your profile by logging in with the User ID and Password that will be provided to you automatically on registering for this service.

    2. The PIN will be sent to you to the email address provided by you at the time of registration or through SMS. However, on logging in with this PIN, you will be asked to change this to a password of your choice, which can be used when you log in the next time.

    3. You can track your account online and use the bill payment option to make online payment also.

    If you are not aware of your account number or the phone number, you can send mail to their customer care at customer.care@tatatel.co.in to get the same.
