In response to a Request for Feedback in a Startup Website by a Kolkatan, Aji Issac an SEO Expert from SEOforclients.com suggested the following.
A website is never complete, It works in phases,
But in all phases Try to highlight the strength and hide the weakness (Don’t show anything that doesn’t have enough to impress),
Example: when you have only one testimonial, show the testimonial without a link to more testimonials … But the time you get 5 to 6, call it latest testimonials and show Date and have a Link to the …

In the words of a Celebrity Rockstar “2Blue (AKA Tirthankar), Lead Vocalist of the Rock Band Zedde” on Facebook
Dear God,
I simply adore my Facebook friends. I love it when they write in…
I also love it when they tag me in notes, videos, and photographs.
But lately, some of them have been using web applications to pick friends at random and tag them in group photographs.
If there’s a better way of keeping in touch, please don’t hesitate to let them know.
Thanks God!

Just received an email from Twitter.
There are a lot of Things that you learn from such emails.

You take efforts and revisit your Terms of  Service and update based on the need of the Hour.
It’s ok to take inputs from Industry Standards, but you should not just copy paste the Terms on which you want to provide your Service/Product.
Last but not the least, you should update your Users about the changes. The rationale is that your Users had agreed to the Terms at the Time they started using your services, now …

Was Wondering as to WHO is to be Blamed If Facebook notifies me XYZ(AN_UNKNOWN_TO_ME) has ALSO Commented on ZYX(A Friend at Facebook)’s Status
In my Facebook Home Page I get a Popup Notification saying Someone (Whom I don’t even know) has ALSO Commented (The Text of which Perhaps I have absolutely nothing to do with and should mind my Own Business) on the Status of One of My Friend and after clicking on the Popup Link out of Curiosity and after Reading the Responses, I GOOF UP when trying to Quip …

I have noticed this on several occasions now.
Haven’t the Online media/Internet Services Companies in India heard the concept of un-subscription links, spamming and the efforts around the world to fight against it..
I just received an email from BharatMatrimony with  the following Subject.
Murugavel Janakiraman[CEO of BharatMatrimony.com] just sent you a Matrimony Day e-card
The email had no link to Unsubscribe for future emails. To make things worse the email was a duplicate copy of another email with the same content that i received yesterday.
Previously I have noticed absence of unsubscription links in …

Browsing from an internet caffe now I was just checking out the other microblogging and other profiles in the internet by and the people I met in a Social Networking Site.

I am having to enter User name and Passwords for each site.

I think it’s a good idea that all these sites(social and pro networking and other services) accepted each others’ OpenID as Single Sign in…. for identites.

But it seems it will take time for this to be the usual Practice…

I have always maintained an incremental Copy for my Preferences for the Applications that I use very often and which(The Settings) improves with time for the most Productive Environment experienced by me.
I also keep the backup copy of them in a Universally accessible Location on the World Wide Web. What better way then publishing in my own Blog.
I am uploading the File with the Preferences settings.

Have a Broadcast Information message at the top of the first visit of your registered user after any important revision.
Make sure to not display it in all pages. Have a System where you can log as to which User has already been notified about the issue.
Its preferable if the message snippet can be closed/hidden without disturbing any other part of the Page.
This is how LinkedIn did it when it changed it’s Privacy Policy recently (I saw this just now)
