In your Browser open a new Tab
Type “about:config” in the address bar and press Enter
Search for
“browser.safebrowsing” or simply “safebrowsing”
Set the value of the following settings to false

browser.safebrowsing.enabled
browser.safebrowsing.malware.enabled

Have a Broadcast Information message at the top of the first visit of your registered user after any important revision.
Make sure to not display it in all pages. Have a System where you can log as to which User has already been notified about the issue.
Its preferable if the message snippet can be closed/hidden without disturbing any other part of the Page.

Requirements:

I just explored a feature in Gmail.. for my Did you know Series..
While selecting some email drafts for discarding I clicked on a checkbox by keeping the Shift bbutton pressed to select it and then clicked on another checkbox for another item in the list up above I saw all the items between these tow items got selected. When it was done I was surprised as it wont happen in any other Application from a Web developer’s point of view.
